The relatives of teenagers lost after a deadly fire at a venue in a Swiss winter destination are confronting an painful wait for answers and pleading for information about their children publicly.

The inferno devastated the Le Constellation bar in the alpine resort, located in the Alps of the Valais region, in the early hours of New Year's Day. Circulated video reveal the roof structure catching alight as beverages with fireworks are raised in celebration.
